I am responsible for all registration duties as well as scheduling and order entry, and reception functions, for a busy Medical Group and worked in Lab services and Diagnostics for well over a year. I collect
demographics and verify insurance in the Epic system as well as being a liaison between patients and

Position: Care Giver
Duties I moved to Reno to become a full time care giver to my 90 year old grandmother. I preformed all
duties from Housekeeping and Cooking to toiling and bathing tasks. I also had to coordinate medications and doctors appointments. As of December 2017 we had to move grandma to an assisted living facility
as she now requires more care than I could provide.
Duties: My main position was to contact Mental Health and Rehab facility's across the country to Audit
the services they provide, the care and concern they gave to there callers and to inquire regarding the services they provide. I worked via Telecommuting by using Spoof numbers to contact the facility's. All
calls were recorded and I then had to log call information and details into the company's program. I was also the second in command and acted as a liaison to assist other employees with issues and concerns
when the primary manager was unavailable.. I also trained new employees entering this position in all
aspects from computer work to customer service and auditor training.
Duties: I began as a Retail representative in the indirect Channel and was quickly promoted to a direct
sales position which includes Sales of Wireless Internet Service and Accessories to Residential Homes,
