Im looking for something in a kitchen. I have 13 years expierence as a line cook. 5 of those have been as an assistant manager. In all honesty im a beast in the kitchen.
I worked Dinner shift where i prepared ribs and brisket for guests and assisted with all day to day operations.
Kit Carson Lodge is a seasonal Job that i spent 2 seasons at. I opened the kitchen every morning where i cooked and prepared all prep for the day, until 10. At 10 i shut down breakfast and set up for lunch where i prepared lunch for all 25-30 employees as well as cooked for guests.
