Work Experience

Supervisor
Aug 2017 - Jul 2020 Mar Lee

Started as a temp recruit as a general machine operator for about 5 months. I moved to a floor person, and did that for about 6 months. Then was promoted to the supervisor where I was untill I left. Was
in charge of making sure machines stay running to meet production requirements, and make sure
shipments are out on time. Also starting stopping and fixing problems with the machines and robots
(Engel), and also automations (WD-40 assembly automations) I can understand machines I learn very
quickly and efficiently. Also was in charge of about 10 employees that were under me, making sure
they are doing there job correctly and by the proper work instructions. I have some skills with IQMS and excelle on the computers, as I had to change jobs when they were done or switch then when they
were about to go into negative, so switch it with a new job order for same product. Was in charge of
putting in the employee's hours and sending them to hr and the temp service that we worked with
to insure there payments. Overall I'm a very hard worker, I take very much pride in my work and am always remaining teachable to learn new things everyday as I want to be successful in my work
description. Open to any thing new and willing to work from ground up.
