I worked for a small roofing coating company where the contractor would be her for 7 to 8 months out of the year where he had jobs lined up for coating and repairs on roof tops in Southern Arizona. And the other part of the Year the contractor would move back to Utah where I would handle any repairs or small jobs alone. So I was able to work alone or with others when asked to as well as fallow directions to complete any jobs when he was out of town. I work with customers taking orders on what needed to be done and then relaying it to the owner, having to assessed the job for what was needed to complete it properly and up to code.
