Took over the management and ownership of a 13-year old Music Studio so the previous
owner, a personal friend, could devote her life to volunteer work full-time. I digitized the records,
created a new website, implemented an online registration procedure and boosted the online
presence of the school. I handle all aspects of the school's expansion, including MCing recitals & events and finding new teachers.
Advanced from Lead Handler to Director of Medical Services in under a year, including
supervising reception and Patient Services. I was up for being promoted to Office Manager but
took over a music school instead.
I assisted my wife (the Senior Broker) to locate new agents and get them on board.
Managed social media campaigns and blogging. Created a 1st page presence and constant
income stream for their "Canon DSLR Boot Camp" and the Owner/Instructor Fletcher Murray
that persisted for many years due to my initial efforts, even after I departed the company.
Strategic consulting and coaching for Business Owners seeking to integrate social media into
their business in order to distance themselves from their online competition.
Oversaw expansion and business development for the Los Angeles Branch of Richter10.2
Designed Web PR campaigns for clients that utilized Social Media such as Facebook, LinkedIn,
MySpace, Twitter, social directories, blogs, press releases and website design to forward the
story of the client, make them known create a genuine network of interested customers who in turn create word of mouth and buzz.
Designed outside living spaces, specifically interlocking concrete driveways, patio, pool decks,
walkways, etc., as well as water features and applications for synthetic turf.
Started off as a cold caller and was promoted to Lead Handler within a few months. Warmed up
leads generated by marketing department through an interview process and closed them for a
free business analysis. Implemented Goldmine CRM (which they had but it was not being used) and organized a better way of handling leads. Through teamwork I helped push the sales to a
new level consistently. I left to help my wife with her business after she fell ill.
Executed expansion programs, proposed infrastructure changes at local, Continental and International levels and monitored international progress and expansion of the Applied
Scholastics international network.
