Took over the management and ownership of a 13-year old Music Studio so the previous
owner, a personal friend, could devote her life to volunteer work full-time. I digitized the records,
created a new website, implemented an online registration procedure and boosted the online
presence of the school. I handle all aspects of the school's expansion, including MCing recitals & events and finding new teachers.

Designed outside living spaces, specifically interlocking concrete driveways, patio, pool decks,
walkways, etc., as well as water features and applications for synthetic turf.
Started off as a cold caller and was promoted to Lead Handler within a few months. Warmed up
leads generated by marketing department through an interview process and closed them for a
free business analysis. Implemented Goldmine CRM (which they had but it was not being used) and organized a better way of handling leads. Through teamwork I helped push the sales to a
new level consistently. I left to help my wife with her business after she fell ill.
